Message	Those are for converting breaker bars to torque wrench's no? I suppose you could use that to "test" the torque wrench but if I'm going to test my torque wrench against another digital torque measuring device of unknown accuracy I think I'd be better off sticking to simple physics. Unless what you are talking about is something completely different from the link.
